Payment

Any packages returned by buyer Without Communication WILL NOT be handled. With the RA#, we may address return issues with a high efficiency. Without the RA#, we may fail to find your transaction. We deeply appreciate your understanding! All returned items should be in the original packaging and you will need to provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID. Replacements or refunds should be concluded before returning your purchase. Replacements or returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
